ENVIRONMENTAL.

A new study by the Fraser Institute has discovered that despite the growing economy, Canadian’s on average generate less waste than we did in 2002. A sign that our environmental sustainability efforts are making an active difference.  Learn more.

SOCIAL.

The Nisga’a Lisims Government is proposing a new liquified natural gas (LNG) export facility on their treaty land. This project is set to reach net-zero emissions within three years of starting operations. Read more.

GOVERNANCE.

Read the proposed amendments to B.C.’s Mines Act in order to improve permitting and regulations in mining. These amendments will enhance ESG protocol and goals while continuing the strengthen this industry in our province.  Read more.
