Introducing JDS Integrated Reclamation

Building on nearly 20 years of excellence in project delivery and reclamation execution experience, JDS is pleased to announce the latest chapter for our business, JDS Integrated Reclamation. 

Led by newly appointed President of JDS Integrated Reclamation, Daniel Jenkins, P.Eng., this new business unit will be focused on providing innovative and improved service offerings for our existing and future clients. JDS Integrated Reclamation’s mandate will be to deliver the most cost-effective, fit-for-purpose and responsible solutions throughout the entire mine life, from development to operations through the eventual closure process.

JDS Integrated Reclamation’s services include: strategic direction, management, and execution of closure planning, cost estimation, progressive reclamation, bond recovery, landform design, and final closure. The JDS Integrated Reclamation team is positioned to be the industry-leader in executing on projects inclusive of demolition, tailings reclamation, site remediation, conventional/new tech water treatment, and tailings relocation/processing.

Working with resource owners and mining companies, JDS Integrated Reclamation will effectively and responsibly envision, plan, and budget closures before the first ore is extracted from the ground.

Together with our Engineering, Construction, and Mining and Civil Construction business units, JDS will advance sustainable mine development, Integrated Reclamation, and responsible closure hand-in-hand.
